My grandpa found Dr. Greg many years ago when he was still in Howard Lake. What a treat that they moved closer to me!
I have unwarranted anxiety when it comes to anything dentist related. Dr. Greg and the rest of the Crow River Dental staff erase that anxious feeling the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is friendly, the staff is gentle and accommodating; Dr. Greg even sings to you while he works :-) I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Dr. Greg installed two crowns. One on a cracked wisdom tooth and the other on an implant. Great workmanship. I am happy with the whole process. I highly recommend this dentist.
I call because the crown fell off. I told I wanted tooth extracted after having multiple crowns on same tooth fail. Staff had me come in same day at 6.00 pm. I sat in waiting room for 40 some minutes. Dr. Smyth was with me for less then a couple minutes says yep its abscessed needs to be extracted and if face swells up again call immediately for antibiotics. Very professional and nice guy. I go to the front desk the soonest we can get you in is 3 weeks. I understand the 40 minute wait time. I don't understand the getting me in same day to charge $120.00 for 5 minutes and pushing an abscessed tooth out 3 weeks. I called a different Dentist and they where willing to get me in same day and extract it.
