I ordered the super deluxe pedicure which was supposed to include a 10 minute foot massage. I did not get the foot massage. Spent $47 for the service.

My mother, sister, and I were planning on having a wonderful evening getting our nails done. We went in I Spa Nails just hoping to get a regular manicure. They told us that we should probably get acrylic nails sense it was kindof last minute and we didn't have anytime to grow our nails out which made sense. Then they told us, to make it last longer we should pay an extra $20 to get gel nails with acrylic. I myself stayed with regular gel nails, no fake nails. So my mother and my sister got fake, gel nails. When I was getting my nails done, the didn't talk to me what so ever, just hand gestures. Also, my pinkie is cut twice from trying to get my cuticles off. I got done way earlier then my sister and my mother. My sister claims that they were rude and not talkative. And my mother's nails are also almost falling off already, and she just got them done. I wouldn't go back there. But surely, you can try it.
Excellent service! Long lasting pedicure and gel nail services. If there is a nail break or chip the staff is very cooperative and repairs are immediate!
If they are too busy for walk ins, they tell you and that is okay! Otherwise, staff is quick to assist.
Me and my friend have been going to this nail salon for a while now and we decide to stop going after our last experience. We always got our nails done there and were happy with the results but after they messed up on both our nails we were furious. I asked for acrylic nails ROUNDED. And my friend wanted a French tip. They messed up on her French tip making them uneven. I asked for my nails to be longer, but they ended up sanding them down all the way to my finger, and making them pointed. As I told them that's not what I wanted. We payed with no tip and we drove away and ended up turning around becuase we needed to tell them they did a horrible job. The receptionist was disappointed and very sorry and said if we came back next week we would get a discounted deal. We didn't want a discounted deal. We wanted our money back or another set of free nails. We didn't end up coming back. Oh and if you forget your nail kit they just glare at you pissed because you forgot it. Me and my friend started going to waconia after that for our nails because even though delano was 10 min away from us, we wanted to drive further just to get better service. AND ANOTHER THING. If you bite your nails and go get them done there they harass you that you bite them and that you should stop. Yeah thanks for telling me that but you don't have to make jokes like "oh do your nails taste good?" Or "is that a snack to you?" I was offended because I have anxiety issues and I have a problem but you don't need to tell me what I can and cannot do. At least at the waconia salons they don't make fun of you. I will never come back to this salon unless my life is dependent on it.
