Lad finally comes but can't take an order. Track down some gal in the back, she comes up front, can't even hear her speak...would give zero, but not an option.
This place is a dive.
Workers just chatting near the fridges, no one to take orders, all just dressed in street clothes like they are going to school.
Just tried them again.. cuz I'm an idiot. Same story, forgot part of my order, no apology or coupon or discount, and the driver stood waiting for a top the SECOND time he came. Ridiculous. I would think k the owner or manager would do a follow-up to apologize. I had to call the store through their customer service hotline and even they did nothing to make me feel valued. Less than one star
I guess when I pay like almost 3 bucks for extra cheese I want extra cheese on my pizza this place is terrible
Horrible experience all around. Driver forgot part of my order, and also didn't read the note on the order that said not to come to the front yard but use the alley and to call me. He just shrugged as he marched right back through the front. Called customer service, clearly just a part time phone worker who was somewhere incredibly loud with music in the background and was tough to hear. After my THIRD call to pizza hut customer service I finally got to the store who is just now (an hour after my first things arrived) sending another driver with the remainder. Never again.
Service is sketchy. Still like there pizza when they get right.
